Deposit Fee
The deposit fee is two months, must be paid directly to the Landlord before move-in.
The deposit serves to secure receivables that may arise in connection with the tenancy agreement and will be returned to the bank account specified after the apartment has been vacated and left in proper conditions with no defects.
