[Lease takeover]
Hi,
I am handing over my room beginning of July (or to be negotiated). As the lease is in my name, I absolutely need someone who takes over the lease, and who therefore has a guarantor (so it will be easier if you are Swiss and have some knowledge of German). It doesn't take a lot of effort, you just have to manage the payments and the smooth running of the flat. I will explain all this to the selected person.
It is a shared flat of 4 people. As everyone is going to leave more or less this summer, the person who takes over the lease will have the opportunity to choose their new roommates. The room is large and bright and overlooks an interior courtyard so there is very little noise. There is also a large living room and a large kitchen. The apartment is super centered, 7 min from the train station, 2 min from Marktplatz and the Coop, 6 min from Migros, 10 min from uni on foot (and literally above a lot of bars). I hand over my furnitures, for the price of 350.-. The deposit is 750.-. The monthly rent is 415.- with absolutely everything included in it (internet, washing machine, electricity, Billag, etc.). Basically, this really is a golden opportunity!
