Es handelt sich um eine 70-75qm renovierte Altbau-Wohnung mit Charme, Balkon zum Innenhof und Chiminee am Löwenplatz in ruhiger Lage. Das Zimmer selbst ist ca. 16qm gross.
Die Warmmiete des Zimmers, inkl. Internet und TV beträgt 960CHF pro Monat. Besichtigungen sind jeweils Abends nach Absprache möglich.
Yonael, bleibt in der Wohnung und freut sich auf neue Gesellschaft. Ist immer für ein gemeinsames Abendessen, Feierabendbier oder auch Ausgang zu haben!
Wir suchen:Mitbewohner (Berufstätig oder Student) zwischen 22 und 30 für ein entspanntes Zusammenleben.
