Die Wohnung hat 5 Zimmer und das Zimmer hat ungefähr 18m2. Das Zimmer ist unmobiliert. Ich wohne im Dachgeschoss eine sehr alten Hauses. Die Wohnung ist alt und gut isoliert. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und verfügt über ein gutes Internet und im Wohnzimmer gibts einen Beamer. Bäckerei und Spar liegen innerhalb von 10 Minuten Fussmarsches. Verkehrsanbindung gibts mit dem Zug 15 Minuten nach Basel SBB und Bus 20 Minuten ohne umsteigen zum Aeschenplatz.
Der/die Mieter/in sollte kommunikativ sein und Humor haben. Daneben sollte Hygiene kein Fremdwort sein.
