Charmante 5.5-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung im Herzen von Erlach – befristet
Da wir von ca. 1. Januar 2027 bis 31. Juli 2027 länger auf Reisen sind, möchten wir unser Zuhause in dieser Zeit gerne an zuverlässige und sympathische Menschen vermieten.
Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet. Ein Teil der Möbel kann nach Absprache weggeräumt werden, sodass genügend Platz für persönliche Dinge vorhanden ist. Die Wohnung verfügt über vier Schlafplätze, verteilt auf zwei Schlafzimmer, die wir momentan als Gästezimmer nutzen.
Wohnen, wo andere Ferien machen
Erlach liegt direkt am Bielersee und verbindet historisches Dorfleben mit Natur und Erholung. Der See, die Rebberge, der nahegelegene Jolimont und zahlreiche Spazier- und Velowege liegen praktisch vor der Haustür. Im Dorf gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Cafés und alles, was man für den Alltag braucht.
Ob gemütliche Spaziergänge am See, Velotouren durch die Weinberge, Baden im Sommer oder Ausflüge ins nahegelegene Biel, Neuenburg oder in den Jura – Erlach ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für alle, die Natur und Lebensqualität schätzen.
Die reguläre Miete wäre eigentlich etwas höher. Da uns aber wichtig ist, dass unsere Wohnung während unserer Reise bewohnt ist und auch unsere Zimmerpflanzen gut versorgt sind, möchten wir sie für diese Zeit gerne zu einem attraktiven Mietpreis weitergeben.
Wir freuen uns, unser Zuhause für diese besondere Zeit in gute Hände zu geben.
