Im Laufe des Sommers/Herbstes bin ich auf der Suche nach einer neuen Heimat in Zürich. Da meine Partnerin und ich seit Beginn des Jahres eine Fernbeziehung (Wien/ZH) führen, ist unsere aktuelle Wohnung für mich alleine zu gross und langfristig auch finanziell eine Belastung.
Unsere Wohnung liegt im gemütlichen Höngg, und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten die man sich wünschen kann. Gute Anbindung an den ÖV (15 min. zum HB), diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, und natürlich ein schönens Wohnklima. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig im 1.OG. Mit Südbalkon und grosszügigen Grünflächen drumherum.
3,5 Zimmer, ein Bad und ein zusätzliches WC. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein lichtdurchflutetes Wohnzimmer.
Ich selber suche nach einem Zuhause mit mindestens 2 Zimmern (ab 40 m2) für maximal 1500 Miete.
Da ich ein Velogeschäft in Wiedikon betreibe, bevorzuge ich die Quartiere Wiedikon, Albisrieden, Wipkingen oder Höngg. Aber ich bin auch offen für andere Standorte.
