Chambre à louer dans un joli 4.5 pièce. La chambre est spacieuse et entièrement meublée, avec vue sur le jardin.
Dans l'appartement, il y aura donc moi même et mon coloc Nathan. Nous sommes rigolos, respectueux et aimons bien partager un petit verre de vin au soleil sur le canapé du balcon.
La colocation se situe à Flanthey, c'est-à-dire à 15 minutes en voiture, chrono en main, du New Pub ( centre de Crans-Montana), et 15 minutes de Sierre et Sion. Tu as une place de parc à l'extérieur et un garage pour stocker quelques affaires si besoin. Il y a également un petit jardin et un potager ou tu pourras planter tout plein de légumes ! J'espère que tu as la main verte ;)
Le loyer est à CHF 600 toutes charges comprises.
