THE FLAT A spacious 110 m² apartment on the top floor, the only flat on the level, so it is quiet above and full of natural light all day. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine inside the flat, one bathroom plus a separate WC, a storage room, fast WiFi, and a cheminée to keep things cosy through the winter.

THE LOCATION Hard to beat. Two minutes to Wettsteinplatz, three to Claraplatz, four to the Rhine, with all the major supermarkets a short walk away. When Fasnacht comes around, the parade passes right below the building. You get a front row seat to the biggest event in Basel.

YOUR FLATMATES Two easygoing international professionals. A Greek data scientist in his thirties who works at the University of Basel, and an Italian chemical engineer in his late twenties. We speak English at home and keep the flat tidy and relaxed.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR A young professional who is clean, considerate and speaks English. No smoking inside the flat, smoking on the balcony is fine. No pets. Overnight guests are welcome by arrangement with the flat.

RENT CHF 1050 per month including Nebenkosten. The Nebenkosten are a monthly advance that gets reconciled once a year against actual consumption, so you may receive a small refund or pay a little extra at year end. Deposit: [amount to be confirmed].
