In den Nebenkosten sind Strom, Heizung, Internet, Haushaltsbedarf (Putzmittel, WC-Papier, Küchenpapier etc.), eine Reinigungskraft und eine Rücklage für Reparaturen und Ersatz enthalten.
Kaution: CHF 1'850 (einmalig, wird beim Auszug vom Nachmieter übernommen). Das Box-Springbett (180cm) kann übernommen werden für zusätzliche 250.-.
