Lage: ruhige Lage aber trotzdem zentral und gut angebunden. Bus 31 und 33 vor der Tür. Hegiback und Klusplatz jeweils in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, wo verschiedene Tramlinien Richtung Bahnhof Stadelhofen und Stadtzentrum regelmässig fahren.
Auch der See und der Wald von Zürichberg sind ganz bequem in kürzer Zeit erreichbar.
