Il est idéalement situé en plein centre de Lausanne, avec une entrée côté Métro m2 à 15 mètres de l'immeuble et une entrée côté Riponne à la rue Haldimand.
La colocation se fait comme suit : l'appartement est sur 3 étages, vous avez l'usage exclusif des deux étages du dessus + un accès à la cuisine commune. J'occupe l'étage du bas.
Le loyer est de 2'000 CHF, charges communes à l'immeuble comprises. Reste à pourvoir l'électricité, internet et autres.
La colocation se fait avec un homme de 26 ans, entrepreneur et travaillant toute la semaine à l'appartement. Il part souvent en voyage en weekend et weekends prolongés.
La colocation est respectueuse des espaces privés et se fait dans une bonne ambiance et une bonne communication.
