**Location**



* Right in the centre of Adliswil.
* Only a 7-minute walk from the train station.
* From December, the direct train connection to Zürich HB will be running again, taking only 15 minutes!
* Supermarkets, shops and public transport are all nearby.

Please note: Due to ongoing construction work, trains currently terminate at Selnau. The direct connection to Zürich HB is expected to resume in December.

My name is Domenico, I'm Italian and I work at a daycare centre (Kita) in Adliswil. I'm a friendly, respectful and easy-going person who enjoys living in a pleasant, peaceful and well-organised environment.
**Who We're Looking For**
The landlady has expressed a preference for renting the two rooms to a female flatmate.
She also places great importance on cleanliness and tidiness. Therefore, we're looking for someone who is exceptionally clean, organised and respectful of shared spaces.
**Availability**
Priority will be given to someone who is able to move in as soon as possible.
