Das Zimmer hat einen schönen Holzboden und bietet genügend Platz, um sich rundum wohlzufühlen.

Möbelübernahme: Das Zimmer wird vollständig möbliert übergeben. Die Übernahme der vorhandenen Möbel gegen eine Ablöse ist Voraussetzung für die Vermietung. Dafür kannst du ganz unkompliziert einziehen, ohne dich um die Anschaffung oder den Transport neuer Möbel kümmern zu müssen alles ist bereits für dich eingerichtet!
Wichtig: Das Zimmer gehört zur WOKO (Studentisches Wohnen). Deshalb können sich ausschliesslich Studierende bewerben, die an der ZHAW oder einer anderen anerkannten Zürcher Hochschule immatrikuliert sind.

The location couldn't be better! You're surrounded by cute cafés, restaurants, shops and everything you need for everyday life.
Winterthur train station is just a 5-minute walk away or 1 minute by bus, making it super convenient to get around.
The room has beautiful wooden flooring and everything you need to feel right at home.

Furniture takeover: The room comes fully furnished, and purchasing the existing furniture is a requirement for taking over the room. The best part? You can simply move in without having to worry about buying, transporting or assembling furniture. Everything is already there, making your move as easy and stress-free as possible!
Important: The room is part of WOKO student housing. Therefore, only students currently enrolled at ZHAW or another recognized university in Zurich are eligible to apply.
