* 17.5 Quadratmeter im 3. Stock: Brutto CHF 990 (820 + 170 NK)
* 15 Quadratmeter im 1. Stock: Brutto CHF 930 (760 + 170 NK)
Beide Zimmer haben einen Teppichboden sowie ein eigenes Lavabo.
Die FeelFreshWG befindet sich sehr nahe dem Stadtzentrum in 8400 Winterthur, in wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Bus oder Velo am Hauptbahnhof Winterthur. Zudem liegt der Eschenbergwald für Naturfreunde auf der anderen Seite der Strasse.
Die WG besteht aus 11 jungen Leuten in einem dreistöckigen Haus an der Breitestrasse in Winterthur (Durchschnittsalter Mitte 20ig). Wir unternehmen gerne etwas zusammen, sind also keine reine Zweck-WG. Natürlich wird aber die Privatsphäre von allen Bewohner*innen respektiert.
Wir suchen jemanden zwischen 18 - 35 Jahren, der gerne soziale Kontakten hat und sich ins WG-Leben einbringt. Sauberkeit und Ordentlichkeit sind uns wichtig, vor allem in der Küche. Das Zusammenleben funktioniert gut und wir wollen die lockere Atmosphäre beibehalten.
Das Haus ist für die Mitbenutzung sehr gut ausgestattet:
2x Bäder mit total 3 Toiletten, 4 Duschen, 2 Waschmaschinen und 2 Tumbler. Küche mit 2 Kochherden, 2 Backofen, 1 Geschirrspüler, 3 Kühlschränke und 1 Tiefkühler. Wohnzimmer mit Dartscheibe, Tischfussball und gemeinsamen Esstisch.
Alle allgemeinen Räume werden einmal pro Woche von Putzpersonal gereinigt, es muss also niemand Toiletten putzen ;-) Obwohl wir 11 Leute sind, gibt es eigentlich nie Probleme mit der Anzahl Duschen am Morgen. Im Garten um das Haus herum haben wir einen Hot Pot, Lounge, Grill, Ping-Pong-Tisch und eine Feuerstelle.
Der Preis ist inklusive Nebenkosten wie Internet, Abfallentsorgung, Billag, Strom, Heizung, etc. Es kommen also keine unerwarteten Kosten mehr dazu! Schnelles WLAN-Internet ist inklusive. Ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus kann für 60 Franken pro Monat dazu gemietet werden.
