WG Zimmer Länggasse
ab Dezember oder nach Vereinbarung wird ein schönes grosses Zimmer frei: ca. 16 m². Die Wohnung liegt im Tannenweg, direkt an der Länggasse. Super zentral und gut angebunden. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsbereich neben der Küche, einen schönen Balkon und eine grosse Badewanne. Ausserdem einen Estrich und einen Keller, sowie einen Fahrradabstellraum und eine gemeinschaftliche Waschküche.
Ich bin Valle (m,34) und seit Februar 2025 in Bern. Ausserdem wohnt Rebekka (w, 29) Logopädin und auch seit Sommer 2025 hier.
Ab und zu zusammen quatschen, einen Kaffee trinken oder auch mal kochen finden wir gut Freiraum und Rückzug ist uns aber genauso wichtig.
Montags bis Freitags bin ich von ca. 8 bis 17 Uhr arbeiten. Ansonsten fahre ich in meiner Freizeit gerne Rad, mache Musik oder geh auch gerne mal abends weg. Die WG ist Nichtraucher und ohne Haustiere (wäre aber nicht dagegen :)
Noch wichtig zur Miete: Wir suchen jemanden, der bereit ist, beim Einzug den Hauptmietvertrag zu übernehmen. Da meine Mitbewohnerin und ich voraussichtlich nächstes Jahr ausziehen möchten, wäre es schön, wenn du dir vorstellen kannst, die Wohnung längerfristig weiterzuführen.
