Zur Wohnung gelangt man per Treppe oder mit einem Lift. Die Bus- & Tramhaltestellen Eigerplatz oder Sulgenau sind 2-4 Gehminuten entfernt. Verbindungen nach Bern gibt es alle 3 Minuten.
Zurzeit wohnt in der Wohnung eine Katze. Diese wird während der Untermiete bei Freunden wohnen. Haustiere sind nicht erwünscht & müssten mit uns, resp. mit der Verwaltung abgesprochen werden.
Die Wohnung wird möbeliert untervermietet. Die genaue Ausstattung kann bei der Besichtigung abgesprochen werden.
