Bus stop is in front of the apartment building. Takes 19-21min to Zürich HB. 2min to Coop.

**Terms**
Period: 1 March 2027 to 31 September 2027, fixed term. We are flexible with the start and end date.
Rent: CHF 2850/month incl. utilities (Nebenkosten), furniture and internet
Deposit: one month's rent
Non-smoking, no pets
Suits 2 people comfortably
