3 Rooms, 4. floor 

Da ich drei Monate auf Reisen bin, suche ich eine unkomplizierte Person oder ein Paar, das meine gemütliche Wohnung im Matthäusquartier zur Zwischenmiete bewohnen möchte. Der Zeitraum kann auch flexibel sein: z.B. ein Einzug bereits Anfang Februar oder ein Auszug Ende Mai wäre nach Absprache ebenfalls möglich.

Die Wohnung verfügt über:
ein Schlafzimmer mit 1.40-m-Bett zum ruhigen Innenhof
ein Wohnzimmer mit Gasofen
ein separates Büro.
Die gut ausgestattete Küche bietet einen Geschirrspüler, Gasherd, diverse Küchengeräte und Zugang zum Balkon. Ausserdem befinden sich hier die Dusche und ein zweiter Gasofen.
Das WC befindet sich auf dem Zwischengang und wird privat genutzt.
Eine Waschmaschine steht im Keller ohne fixe Waschzeiten zur Mitbenutzung bereit.

Die Wohnung ist eher einfach und etwas unkonventionell: Die Dusche befindet sich in der Küche, das WC auf dem Gang und das Schlafzimmer hat keine Heizung. Dafür ist sie sehr gemütlich und liegt an bester Lage im Matthäusquartier!

Ein tolles Café ist 30 Sekunden entfernt, Coop und Bäckerei erreichst du in 3 Gehminuten. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist weniger als 4 Gehminuten entfernt (ca. 5 Minuten zur Uni, 11 Minuten zum Bahnhof).

As I'll be travelling for three months, I'm looking for an easy-going person or a couple to sublet my cosy apartment in the Matthäusquartier during that time. The dates could also be flexible: e.g. moving in at the beginning of February or staying until the end of May could also be arranged.

The apartment includes:
A bedroom with a 140 cm bed overlooking the quiet courtyard
A living room with a gas stove
A separate home office
A well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, gas stove, various kitchen appliances and access to a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The kitchen also has a shower and a second gas stove.
A private toilet located in the hallway outside the apartment.
A shared washing machine in the basement, with no fixed laundry schedule

The apartment is rather simple and a little unconventional: the shower is in the kitchen, the toilet is in the hallway, and there is no heating in the bedroom. However, it is very cosy and ideally located in the lovely Matthäusquartier!

There's a great café just 30 seconds away, and both a Coop supermarket and a bakery are within a 3-minute walk. The nearest bus stop is less than a 4-minute walk away, with connections to the university (approx. 5 minutes) and the train station (approx. 11 minutes).
