Wir suchen per sofort eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere schöne 2er-WG in Wollishofen. Da ich demnächst nach St. Gallen ziehe, wird mein Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer und die Wohnung
Das Zimmer ist gross und hell. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, gut belüftet und hat viel Tageslicht. Das Bett inklusive Matratze kann übernommen werden (Preis verhandelbar), die restlichen Möbel werden mitgenommen.
Lage
Die Lage ist ruhig und sehr angenehm, und der See ist ganz in der Nähe, ideal für Sommerabende und Aktivitäten am Wasser. Trotzdem bist du schnell in der Stadt:
Tramstation Morgental in 5 Minuten zu Fuss
Bahnhof Wollishofen in der Nähe
Mit dem Tram 7 in 15 Minuten am Paradeplatz
Aldi, Coop und Migros in 10 Gehminuten (ca. 600 m)

Es sind zwei Zimmer verfügbar: eines unbefristet und eines befristet bis Ende Februar 2027 (Verlängerung möglich).
