1. Du übernimmst die Wohnung ab dem 1. Dezember 2026
2. Du übernimmst unseren bestehenden Untermieter, falls er bis am 1. Dezember noch kein neues WG Zimmer gefunden hat und erstellst mit ihm einen neuen Untermietvertrag. Dieser läuft min. bis am 31.01.2026 oder nach Vereinbarung.
3. Dein/Euer Nettogehalt (nach den Abzügen) beträgt min. 6'750 CHF (3x Mietzins) und die Kaution beträgt 4'500 CHF (2x Mietzins)
5. Du übernimmst die Wohnung im aktuellen Zustand (Vertragsübernahme). D.h du hast unsere Vertragsbedingungen (z.B. Mietzins), es werden aber auch keine Arbeiten (z.B. Wände streichen etc.) ausgeführt.
6. Die Verwaltung akzeptiert für eine WG nur eine:n Hauptmieter:in.
7. Du kannst bei der Bewerbung ein Betreibungsregisterauszug und die drei letzten Lohnauszüge der Verwaltung vorweisen.
