Sie bietet vier Schlafzimmer mit 18, 16, 13 und 12 m², ein sehr grosszügiges Eingangsfoyer und viel Platz zum Wohnen. Im Untergeschoss stehen ein eigener Waschraum mit Waschmaschine, Tumbler und Secomat sowie ein grosser Keller zur Verfügung..
Miete: CHF 3’896 inklusive Nebenkosten, zuzüglich CHF 160 für den Parkplatz.
Ich suche im Gegenzug eine 3.5 oder grosse 2.5 Zimmer-Wohnung mit mindestens 80 m², einem grossen Balkon oder einer Terrasse, bevorzugt in den Kreisen 2 (Enge), 3, 4, 5, 6 oder 7, in Wipkingen oder Kreis 8 Nähe des Kreuzplatzes, Hegibachpaltz. Mein Budget liegt bei maximal ca. CHF 3’300 inklusive Nebenkosten.
