Wir vermieten unsere wunderschöne renovierte Altbauwohnung für 3 Monate, da wir selber für diese Zeit verreisen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und bekommt bis Abends sehr schön Sonne. Es hat einen Wintergarten, einen Balkon, eine moderne Küche mit Geschirrspüler, modernes Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschmaschine und Tumbler.
Klappbarer Bürotisch im Kleiderschrank fürs Home Office.
Der Wintergarten hat einen tollen Ausblick auf den Innenhof. Dieser bietet neben einem Spielplatz und Sportplatz auch einen Grillplatz.
Velos können untergestellt und das Auto kann in der blauen Zone parkiert werden (blaue Zone / 40sfr pro Monat von der Stadt).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Silberturm wenige Gehminuten entfernt (Migros, Lidl oder Denner).
In die Altstadt sind es ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Velo oder 20 Minuten zu Fuss.
Fussläufig sind diverse Bushaltestellen.
Wenn du für diese Zeit eine Wohnung brauchst oder gerade wegen einer neuen Arbeitsstelle nach St. Gallen ziehen möchtest, ist diese Wohnung ideal als Übergangslösung.
