Ich biete meine moderne 2,5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit 55 m² im schönen Zürich, Kreis 3, direkt bei der Schmiede Wiedikon, zum Wohnungstausch an (blau markiert auf dem Grundriss).
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und mit Parkettboden ausgestattet. Küche und Bad wurden 2020 saniert. Die monatliche Bruttomiete inklusive Nebenkosten beträgt CHF 2’060.–.
Die Wohnung bietet eineigene Estrichabteil, das zusätzlichen Stauraum bietet. Ausserdem gibt es einen gemeinsamen Waschbereich im Estrich mit drei Waschmaschinen und ohne festen Waschplan, sodass eigentlich immer eine Maschine frei ist. Bei Bedarf kann eine Garage dazu gemietet werden, in der du auch dein Velo abstellen kannst.
**Was ich suche:**
Im Gegenzug suche ich eine grössere helle Wohnung mit 3,5 bis 4,5 Zimmern in Zürich oder Umgebung. Die monatliche Miete sollte idealerweise maximal CHF 2’500.– betragen. Wichtig sind mir ein Balkon, Parkettboden und eine moderne bzw. relativ neue Küche.
