Le logement est situé en plein centre de Genève, à 5 minutes à pied de la gare et proche de nombreux arrêts de bus ou tram.
Très spacieux (170m2), il est composé dune cuisine toute équipée avec 2 balcons, dun grand salon et dune salle à manger. Et surtout nous disposons d'un magnifique rooftop avec une vue imprenable sur Genève !
La chambre à sous-louer est meublée. Elle est lumineuse et dispose dun balcon avec une belle vue sur le Salève.
Dans notre coloc, nous avons tous entre 30 et 40 ans, sociables et aimant autant partager des moments ensemble que profiter de moments tranquilles.

We are subletting a room in our shared flat with four other people.
Duration: 2 months, from 1 December 2026 (or mid-November at the earliest) to 28 January 2027.
Monthly cost: 1,200 CHF + SIG internet and cleaning service.
The flat is situated right in the centre of Geneva, a 5-minute walk from the train station and close to numerous bus and tram stops.
Very spacious (170 m²), it comprises a fully equipped kitchen with two balconies, a large living room and a dining room. And best of all, we have a magnificent rooftop terrace with breathtaking views over Geneva!
The room available to sublet is furnished. It is bright and has a balcony with a lovely view of the Salève.
In our flat share, were all aged between 30 and 40; were sociable and enjoy spending time together just as much as we enjoy our quiet moments.
