Hello everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my rental contract for a spacious, unfurnished 22.5 m² room in a four-person flatshare at Hofstrasse 53, 8032 Zürich. The room is available immediately until 31 March 2027.

The flat is on the second floor and has 130 m² of living space. You’ll share it with three flatmates. There are two bathrooms, including one with a bathtub and double sink, and a large shared kitchen with a small balcony.

ETH Zentrum and UZH are about 15 minutes away. Migros Kreuzplatz is nearby, along with several cafés. The indoor swimming pool is about a minute away, and the park at Hottingerplatz is around five minutes away.

The monthly rent is CHF 990 plus CHF 200 in utilities and CHF 50 for electricity, making CHF 1,240 in total. The deposit is CHF 2,380. The room is unfurnished.

We’re looking for a student or young professional aged 18–35. Applicants need a debt collection register extract (Betreibungsregisterauszug) issued within the last three months. Non-Swiss applicants need at least a B permit. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

Hallo zusammen! Ich suche jemanden, der meinen Mietvertrag für ein geräumiges, unmöbliertes Zimmer mit 22.5 m² in einer 4er-WG an der Hofstrasse 53, 8032 Zürich, übernimmt. Das Zimmer ist ab sofort bis zum 31. März 2027 verfügbar.

Die 130 m² grosse Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock. Du teilst sie mit drei Mitbewohnenden. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, eines davon mit Badewanne und Doppellavabo, sowie eine grosse gemeinsame Küche mit einem kleinen Balkon.

Das ETH Zentrum und die UZH sind etwa 15 Minuten entfernt. Die Migros am Kreuzplatz liegt in der Nähe, ebenso wie verschiedene Cafés. Das Hallenbad erreichst du in etwa einer Minute und den Park am Hottingerplatz in rund fünf Minuten.

Die monatliche Miete beträgt CHF 990 plus CHF 200 Nebenkosten und CHF 50 für Strom, insgesamt also CHF 1’240. Die Kaution beträgt CHF 2’380. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet.

Gesucht wird eine studierende oder berufstätige Person zwischen 18 und 35 Jahren. Für die Bewerbung brauchst du einen Betreibungsregisterauszug, der nicht älter als drei Monate ist. Nicht-Schweizer Bewerberinnen und Bewerber benötigen mindestens eine B-Bewilligung. Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt.
