Unsere schöneWohnung in Chur sucht Menschen, die eine neue WG gründen wollen, ein Paar oder eine Familie! :)
Ende Dezember ziehen wir aus, weshalb insgesamt drei Zimmer frei werden. Für WG: Als Hauptmieter:in kannst du die Wohnung übernehmen und gleichzeitig, selbst mitentscheiden, wer in die beiden weiteren Zimmer einziehen soll.
Für ein Paar oder Familie - da dürft ihr selbst ausmachen, wie ihr das handhabt ;)

Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und eine gemütliche Atmosphäre:
grosses Wohnzimmer mit anschliessender, geräumiger Küche
3 Zimmer, davon befinden sich 2 Zimmer oben auf der Galerie, die über eine Treppe erreichbar ist

2 Badezimmer, eines davon mit Badewanne
eigene Waschmaschine in der Wohnung
Kellerabteil für zusätzlichen Stauraum
separater Abstellraum für Velos
ruhige Lage in Chur
gewisse Möbelstücke können beim Einzug übernommen werden
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca. 10 Minuten Entfernung
Postautohaltestelle in ca. 10 Minuten
Bushaltestelle in ca. 5 Minuten und 12 Minuten
7 Minuten von der Altstadt
Miete:
Wir haben es so aufgeteilt:
Zimmer 1 und 2: 750 CHF / Monat
Zimmer 3: 613 CHF / Monat (kleineres Zimmer)
Gesamtmiete: 2113 CHF
Schlussendlich könnt ihr die Aufteilung natürlich entscheiden!
Wir sind aktuell zu dritt:
Leo (23) und Andrina (23) studieren beide im 5. Semester Multimedia Production. Recha (26) arbeitet als Coach für Leistungssportler:innen im Bereich Snowboarding.
Da wir alle Ende Dezember ausziehen, suchen wir nun Nachzügler:innen!
