Envie dun lieu de vie paisible, proche de la nature, tout en restant à proximité de Cossonay, Morges et Crissier ?
Je propose une chambre dans ma maison de caractère avec jardin et terrasse, pour une personne seule qui souhaite vivre dans un environnement calme, agréable et respectueux.
Deux possibilités selon vos besoins :
* Une grande chambre meublée denviron 16 m².
* Une chambre non meublée denviron 12 m², à aménager selon vos goûts.
La maison dispose dune cuisine équipée, despaces communs chaleureux, dun jardin et dune terrasse pour profiter des beaux jours. Une salle de douche est à partager entre les deux colocataires, tandis que je dispose de ma propre salle de bain.
Place de parc possible.
Deux chats vivent déjà dans la maison ; nous ne pouvons donc pas accueillir dautres animaux.
Lesprit de la colocation
Nous serons trois personnes au total dans la maison. Je recherche une personne calme, respectueuse et bienveillante, qui apprécie la tranquillité, la nature et une cohabitation harmonieuse, tout en préservant lindépendance et lintimité de chacun.
Loyer sur demande, selon la chambre choisie.
Région de Cossonay, à proximité de Morges et Crissier.
