Tausche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Zürich, Kreis 4
Hoi!
Ich wohne in einer 2 Zimmer Wohnung in super Lage. Es hat einen Balkon, Eingangsbereich/Gang mit Einbauschränken une ein grosses Badezimmer inkl Badewanne. Die Küche hat genug Platz für einen Esstisch und wurde deshalb auch als Esszimmer gebraucht.
Es gehört ein Kellerabteil zur Wohnung.
Die Wohnung wurde frisch gestrichen und hat eine Klimaanlage in beiden Zimmern, was gerade im Sommer wirklich super war.
Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftswaschküche, die aber meistens frei ist, da die anderen Parteien überwiegend private Waschtürme in der Wohnung haben (ist auch in dieser Wohnung eine Möglichkeit, müsste einfach selbst gekauft werden).
Die Lage ist super, die Nachbar:innen auch unf sehr unkompliziert.
Ich suche:
1+ Zimmer Wohnung bis 1000.-
Ich bin JUWO tauglich und habe wegen dem Studium nun ein kleineres Budget.
