Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen und sicheren Gegend, gleichzeitig ist alles ganz nah. Die Tramhaltestelle ist ca. 3 Minuten entfernt, Coop und Migros, Apotheke befinden sich gleich um die Ecke. Auch Cafés, Restaurants und alles für den täglichen Bedarf sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar.
Ich wünsche mir eine sympathische, zuverlässige und ruhige Nachmieterin, die sich in dieser schönen Wohnung genauso wohl fühlt wie ich.
