WG Zimmer in Suhr
Das Zimmer ist 10 m². Die Wohnung (74 m²) liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat einen eigenen Garten und ein Kellerabteil.Die Kosten wären 725.- CHF inkl. 100.- CHF Nebenkosten akonto. Dazu kämen noch 20.- CHF im Monat für Internet.Man ist (laut Google) mit dem Velo in 10 Min. am Bhf Aarau und auch sonst nicht schlecht an den ÖV angebunden. Je nachdem ist vielleicht ein Einstellplatz (glaube 130.- CHF pro Monat) verfügbar, müsste ich bei der Verwaltung aber nochmal nachfragen.
Die Fotos sind noch vom Vormieter, die Wohnung wird also nicht so aussehen.
Zu mir:Ich heisse Florian (Flo) und ziehe aus einer WG in Zürich für ein Praktikum nach Suhr. Nebenbei studiere ich noch an der ETH Zürich. Da ich selbst neu einziehe, ist vieles noch nicht eingerichtet. Kann man sicher gemeinsam noch mitgestalten.
Ich suche jemanden ähnlichen Alters (25 +- 5 Jahre). Ich bin relativ unkompliziert, vieles geht, nichts muss: ob mal zusammen gekocht wird, etwas getrunken oder jeder für sich, wird sich dann zeigen.Was mir aber wirklich wichtig ist, ist Ordnung und Sauberkeit, gerade in Küche und Badezimmer. Das habe ich in meiner letzten WG gemerkt und ist für mich wirklich ein Muss. Wenn dir das auch wichtig ist, passen wir gut zusammen.
