Im Parterre gibt es eine gemeinsame Waschküche. Für Velos und Motorräder steht ein Abstellplatz im Unterstand zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung hat keinen Balkon und es gibt keinen Parkplatz. Im ersten und zweiten Stock wohnen ebenfalls junge Mieter.
Die WG eignet sich für eine ruhige, unkomplizierte und freundliche Person, die gerne zentral wohnt und den Charme einer Altbauwohnung schätzt.
