From the 1.11.2026 a large room (approx 19m^2) is getting free in a modern and recently constructed building (2022). The apartment's surface is 124m^2 in total. It has two loggias, a large kitchen with dishwasher and a lot of storage space, a laundry room with a private washing machine and tumble dryer, and two bathrooms. A large, communal indoor bicycle room and a shared cellar (between the 3 flatmates) are also included.Internet and a Green Bag subscription are included in the price. Ideally, you would take over a large, new wardrobe for approx. 800 (negotiable).

We are Ezio, Francesco and Leon (who is leaving the WG), three friends from Ticino. We (Ezio, 30 and Francesco, 29) would be your new flatmates. We are all working the Zurich area. We enjoy a social WG life, spending time outdoors and exploring new places Zurich. We have been living in this wonderful city for10 years now. We speak Italian, English and German.We are looking for somebody aged 25-35, working in Zurich or in the area, that enjoys being socially active and would value our apartment as much as we do.We are open minded people and enjoy a nice conversation and cooking andeating together. We have a rotating cleaning schedule and would expect our new flatmate to agree on this in order to keep our apartment nice and clean.We do not wish to have any animals.
