Es handelt sich um eine 2,5-Zimmer-Wohnung im Quartier dAlt, 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und dem Stadtzentrum sowie 5 Minuten von der Universität (Miséricorde) entfernt. Ideal für ein Paar oder eine 2er-WG.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein helles Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon mit Blick auf die Gärten des Viertels, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche sowie ein Badezimmer mit Fenster.
Nebenkosten: ca. 80 CHF/Monat für Strom + Boiler und 50 CHF/Monat für Internet. Alle weiteren Kosten sind im Mietpreis enthalten.
