The apartment is directly opposite the train station (just a 2-minute walk), making commuting very easyonly about 10+ minutes to Bern Hauptbahnhof (main station). Migros is a 45 minute walk, and Coop is about 10 minutes away. Banks, the post office, and the town hall are all within a few hundred meters, so daily errands are extremely convenient.

Room & Flat details
This is a 17 m² room on the 2nd floor, ideal for one person. You will share the kitchen and bathroom with 2 friendly roommates. A floor lamp can be arranged (as discussed), and light fixtures are generally the tenant's responsibility in Switzerlandwe can look into the details together.
Environment
The town is quiet and charming. I often go cycling around the areathe surroundings are great for outdoor activities.

Looking for a roommate
Students and long-term tenants are preferred. I hope you are clean, tidy, and remember to clean the shared areas (kitchen and bathroom) after use. Please also avoid making noise when others are resting.
