Ich vermiete mein möbliertes Zimmer in einer 5.5-Zimmer-Wohnung über zwei Etagen im 24. und 25. Stock der Vulcano Towers in Zürich-Altstetten. Da ich zurzeit in St. Gallen studiere, suche ich jemanden, der mein Zimmer ab sofort bis ca. Juli 2027 übernimmt.

* Möbliert mit Bett, Schrank und Nachttisch
* Bezugsbereit per sofort

**Die WG**
Du teilst die Wohnung mit Pasquale, Vitus und Pascal. Alle drei sind berufstätig und schätzen ihre Privatsphäre. Ab und zu trinkt man aber auch gerne ein Bier zusammen :).

**Miete**
CHF 1'440. pro Monat, inklusive Reinigungskraft und Internet

**Gut zu wissen**
Falls sich meine Pläne während des Studiums ändern, besteht eventuell die Möglichkeit, das Zimmer danach fix zu übernehmen.

I'm subletting my furnished room in a 5.5-room flat spread over two floors (24th and 25th) of the Vulcano Towers in Zurich-Altstetten. As I'm currently studying in St. Gallen, I'm looking for someone to take over my room from now until approx. July 2027.

**The flatmates**
You'll share the flat with Pasquale, Vitus and Pascal 091 251 165 121 036 951 29 4a . All three work full-time and value their privacy, but they're always up for the occasional beer together.
**Rent**
CHF 1,440 per month, including cleaning service and internet
**Good to know**
If my plans change during my studies, there may be an option to take over the room permanently!
