WG-Zimmer zur Untermiete in 3er WG, unbefristet
Wir sind Natalia (40), gerne am Gärtnern und in der Stadt unterwegs, und Michi (43), oft mit dem Gleitschirm unterwegs. Wir sind die beiden Hauptmieter und schätzen ein unkompliziertes, entspanntes Zusammenleben.
Das Haus hat vier Stockwerke. Dein Zimmer (ca. 20m2) befindet sich im Dachgeschoss inkl. Bad und kleinem Reduit. Praktisch: Jedes Geschoss verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. Unsere gemeinsame Küche und Stube befinden sich im 2. Obergeschoss. Zum Haus gehören ausserdem ein Garten und eine Terrasse.
Wir suchen eine berufstätige Person, idealerweise zwischen 35 und 45 Jahren, die Lust hat, zentral und dennoch ruhig in einem Häuschen mit Garten zu wohnen.

* Blüemliquartier, direkt gegenüber der Badi Letzigraben
* Garten und Terrasse
* Eigenes Bad auf dem Stockwerk

* Einzug ab 1. Dezember 2026
* Gerne langfristig, eine befristete Miete von ca. 6 Monaten ist aber ebenfalls möglich
