4.5 room apartment in Seefeld front lake
Currently looking for someone to take over my side of the contract as I'm trying to move in Kanton Zug.
The apartment is in a very strategical location next to the bus / tram stop and a couple minutes walk away from Tiefenbrunnen Bahnhof. Supermarkets (coop, migros, denner) and post is very near as well.
The apartment is arranged on three different floors one of which a very large private rooftop ideal for bbqs and evenings with friends :) (can easily fit 20 people up there in case of an event)
Included there's a basement and a mansarde zimmer for storage.
Dishwasher, cable and internet connection provided. The apartment also features a private washing machine and tumble dryer as well. All new appliances which were given to us as we moved into one year ago.

* the apartment will be available only up until the 31 / 09 / 2027
* it's a WG consisting of two people (one being me). You'll be living on the first floor of the apartment (the apartment starts at the 5th floor and as previously said it's arranged on three separate levels). The other flat mate will be living upstairs, allowing you to have a couple extra rooms (beside yours) for you to use as you wish (studio, gym,kids, sublet etc.).
2245 chf it's your monthly rent, half of the total rent.
