I'm looking for someone to take over my lease from 1 December 2026 (earlier if needed) for my bright 2-room apartment on Zürcherstrasse in Birmensdorf.

- Large south-facing terrace on the quiet side, away from the street
- Modern kitchen with oven and induction hob
- Bright living room with two large windows, parquet floors
- Basement storage room included, shared laundry room
- Bus stop right in front of the building, Birmensdorf train station about 20 min. on foot
- Denner about 100 m away, Coop and Migros within walking distance
- Right across the street from WSL
Rent: CHF 1,675 per month (including heating and utilities).
Electricity billed separately (approx. CHF 2030 per month). Parking not included, but can be rented separately.
The lease is taken over under the existing terms, and the property management checks applicants' creditworthiness. The furniture can be taken over by arrangement if wanted.
