The living area is generously laid out, with room for a dining table, sofa and desk. The large window front opens directly onto the balcony and brings in light all day. The kitchen is separate, has its own window and is well equipped (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob). The bedroom fits a double bed plus wardrobe. There's also a hallway, a modern bathroom, a cellar compartment and a shared laundry room.
Location: Manesseplatz is a 2-minute walk, Wiedikon train station 7 minutes. Everyday shopping, cafés and restaurants are all within walking distance, and trams and buses stop nearby.Available from early November 2026 the exact handover date is currently being finalised and can be discussed.
