The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, set back from the street.
The building was fully renovated 4 years ago, including a new kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
The apartment is partially furnished. A shared laundry room is available in the basement, and there is also the option to use part of the basement storage area.
The location is ideal for enjoying both nature and city life: Lake Zurich, the Adlisberg and its surrounding forest, as well as various shops and everyday amenities are all just a few minutes away.
Bus lines no. 31 and 33 are located 1 minute away, while additional tram connections can be reached within 5 minutes.
The rental period is starting around the beginning of December (to be discussed) and is for 1 1.5 years. Maybe with the option to extend the lease or takeover of the rental contract thereafter.
The rent is CHF 2,750 per month, including utilities, internet and TV fees.
