Wir fahren für drei Wochen in die Ferien und möchten unsere sonnige, vollständig möblierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Zürich-Wiedikon während dieser Zeit untervermieten.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen und beliebten Gegend: nah am Stadtzentrum und gleichzeitig nicht weit vom Uetliberg entfernt ideal für Stadtleben, Spaziergänge und Ausflüge.
Zeitraum: 23. Oktober 2026 bis 15. November 2026
Miete: CHF 1'500 für den gesamten Zeitraum
Kaution: CHF 1'500
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und eignet sich ideal für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar. Selbstverständlich schliessen wir einen regulären Untermietvertrag ab.

We are going on a three-week holiday and would like to sublet our sunny, fully furnished 2-room apartment in Zurich-Wiedikon during this period.
The apartment is located in a very nice and popular area: close to the city centre and not far from Uetliberg perfect for enjoying city life, walks and outdoor trips.
Period: 23 October 2026 to 15 November 2026
Rent: CHF 1,500 for the entire period
Security deposit: CHF 1,500
The apartment is fully furnished and ideal for one person or a couple. Naturally, we will sign a regular sublease agreement.
