falls gewünscht darf mein Tiefgaragenparkplatz genutzt werden & mein Auto geht zu meinen Eltern.
sehr grosszügiger Balkon welcher man vom Wohnzimmer und dem dritten Zimmer her erreicht.
Alles wird inkl Vertrag mit der Verwaltung geregelt! Die Verwaltung weiss bereits Bescheid und ist einverstanden, der Vertrag ist ebenfalls aufgesetzt.

Pro Monat für 1400.- CHF. Internetzugang selbstverständlich mit dabei!
NK Pauschal 300.- für die 3 Monate mit Absicherung das keine weiteren Kosten geltend gemacht werden.
Tiefgaragenparkplatz könnte übernommen werden falls gewünscht ohne weitere Kosten.
Ich würde mich sehr freuen wenn es klappt. Gerne auch PN für einen Besichtigungstermin
