1 Room, 11 m²

Since I am moving out of our 4-er WG at the end of November, my room will be available from December 1, 2026 with an open-ended contract.

**Location**:
The apartment is located in Oerlikon, at a walking distance from the train and tram stations. It is around 15 mins away from University Irchel and Zürich HB, and 20 mins from ETH Zentrum and Hönggerberg. There are plenty of shops in the neighborhood including Coop, Aldi, Migros, and many restaurants.

**Rent**:
The net rent is 765 CHF. Utilities such as electricity, internet, heating, etc. can add up to between 50-100 CHF per month, so the gross rent would be around 865 CHF.

**Rooms**:
The WG includes 4 bedrooms, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, and 1 toilet. Your bedroom is a bit small (~10m2) but has access to a balcony shared with another flatmate. Except for the sofa and the monitor, I will be leaving the furniture seen in the pics to be taken over for free.

**Flatmates**:
The flat atmosphere is quite chill and friendly, where we're all usually busy with work or university but are always down to chatting, sharing a meal, or organizing an activity from time to time. You will be living with:



* Maël (22, m, Liechtenstein): An Environmental Science bachelor student at ETH who regularly plays tennis and goes running.
* Saikiran (26, m, India): Our flat main tenant who currently works as a machine learning engineer and enjoys cycling, swimming, and singing.
* Daniele (24, m, Italy): A robotics masters student writing his master thesis at ETH and is a fan of cycling, yoga, and cooking.

**About you**:We are looking for a friendly and organized flatmate to take over my room, ideally around the same age range of the other flatmates to keep the same flat dynamic. Viewings will take place during October. Please write a short introduction about yourself including your job/study, how long you plan to stay, how you imagine a WG to be, some hobbies, and other things you think we would like to know :)
