Alle Nebenkosten wie Strom, Wasser, Heizung und schnelles WLAN sind im Mietpreis enthalten. Ich lege grossen Wert auf eine saubere Wohnung und lasse deshalb die allgemeinen Bereiche regelmässig reinigen. Die Reinigung ist übrigens im Preis inklusive.
Das Gäste-WC steht zur Alleinbenutzung zur Verfügung. Das Badezimmer, das Wohnzimmer und die Küche werden mit ruhigem und freundlichem Mitbewohner (m) geteilt. Die Wohnatmosphäre ist gepflegt, mit klaren Regeln für Ruhe und Sauberkeit.
Nur an Nichtraucher (m) abzugeben! Es wird ein Betreibungsauszug und eine Arbeitgeberbescheinigung verlangt. Ich möchte nur seriöse und anständige Untermieter haben. Der Einzug ist je nach Verfügbarkeit sofort oder nach Vereinbarung möglich. Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 3 Monate. Kündigungsfrist 30 Tage. Die Kaution beträgt 1 Monatsmiete (Keine Ratenzahlung möglich).
