**Who we are**
Jake, an enthusiastic physicist from the UK who loves the outdoors and makes a mean polenta
Ivor, from Croatia, who starts his days on the tennis court before heading off to his job in insurance
Ines & Nick, a Spanish-Belgian couple who disappear into the mountains for any sport they can find. Ines is a biochemist, and Nick works for a sustainability NGO here in Zurich.

We're all easygoing and respectful of each other's space. We also love running into each other in the kitchen or living room for a chat, and we cook together every now and then. We're looking for someone to join the mix!

**Where you'll live**
The flat is a spacious, sunny loft in Wiedikon. It's a 5-minute walk to Goldbrunnenplatz and 7 minutes to Coop and Aldi. There are 170 m² of living space, with a big kitchen and living room where everyone can unwind.

The highlight is our 250 m² rooftop terrace, with stunning views over the city and the Uetliberg. On summer evenings it's where we have BBQs and the occasional movie night under the sky.

There's also a large workshop, perfect if you're a bike lover or, like us, tend to collect sports gear.

**Your room**
The room gets lots of light. It comes with a bed frame, mattress, desk, chair and a small cabinet, which you can buy from the current tenant if you like. Right outside the door are two large closets for extra storage.
