I'm subletting my fully furnished room (16.5 m2) in a three-person shared flat at Gustav-Gull-Platz, right next to Europaallee. It's available immediately until 31 December 2026, with a possible extension.
The room is on the 7th floor (with elevator) and has large windows with a view over the city to the Uetliberg. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk with office chair, armchair and shelving. You'll have your own bathroom with shower. The washer and dryer are also located there and are used by all flatmates.
Directly connected to the room is a glazed loggia (approx. 10 m2) with lounge furniture, a dining table and a grill. It's also accessible from the living room and is shared.
The large open living/dining area and the fully equipped kitchen (incl. steam oven) are shared as well. There is bike storage in the building.
Your flatmates are 27 and 26, both doing their master's degrees and working alongside.
Location: Zurich main station is a 5-minute walk away, as are grocery stores. Europaallee and Kreis 4 offer plenty of cafés, restaurants and bars.
Rent: CHF 1'850 per month incl. utilities, internet and electricity.

Ab sofort bis 31. Dezember 2026 untervermiete ich mein voll möbliertes Zimmer (16.5 m2) in einer Dreier-WG am Gustav-Gull-Platz, direkt bei der Europaallee. Eine Verlängerung ist eventuell möglich.
Das Zimmer liegt im 7. Stock (mit Lift) und hat grosse Fenster mit Blick über die Stadt bis zum Uetliberg. Es ist komplett eingerichtet mit Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch mit Bürostuhl, Sessel und Regal. Dazu gehört ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Der Waschturm (Waschmaschine und Tumbler) steht ebenfalls im Bad und wird von der ganzen WG genutzt.
Direkt ans Zimmer angrenzend liegt eine verglaste Loggia (ca. 10 m2) mit Lounge-Möbeln, Esstisch und Grill. Sie ist auch vom Wohnzimmer aus zugänglich und wird gemeinsam genutzt.
Geteilt werden ausserdem der grosse offene Wohn- und Essbereich und die voll ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Steamer). Im Haus gibt es einen Velokeller.
Deine Mitbewohner sind 27 und 26 Jahre alt, beide im Masterstudium und daneben berufstätig.
Lage: Der Hauptbahnhof Zürich ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls. Rundherum gibt es zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants und Bars an der Europaallee und im Kreis 4.
Miete: CHF 1'850.- pro Monat inkl. Nebenkosten, Internet und Strom.
