We're renting out our fully furnished 4.5-room apartment (110 m²), directly across from Parco Pico. The building dates from 2014, and the interiors were renovated in 2025 with quality materials.
The apartment is quiet and very comfortable. Thanks to underfloor cooling, it stays pleasant even in the hottest summers. The living and dining area opens through large glass doors onto a 14 m² covered terrace overlooking the greenery.
Three bedrooms: a main bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower), a children's room and a study/guest room with a small balcony. There's also a large bathroom with a bathtub, a spacious wardrobe at the entrance and a niche that works well as a home office. The kitchen has an induction hob and a modern dishwasher and oven, and the apartment has its own washing machine and dryer.
A well-kept apartment in a quiet, easy-going neighbourhood. Schools, supermarkets and the lake are just a few minutes' walk away, and Lugano's centre is easy to reach on foot.
