In unserer grosszügigen 5.5-Zimmer-Maisonettewohnung mitten im Städtli Willisau wird ein Zimmer frei!
Zur Wohnung & Lage:Die Wohnung verteilt sich auf zwei Etagen, bietet richtig viel Platz und ein gemütliches Ambiente. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist geräumig und hat als grosses Highlight einen eigenen Balkon. Neben den grossen Gemeinschaftsräumen gibt es ausserdem einen weiteren Balkon sowie ein Büro, das mitgenutzt werden kann.
Direkt beim Haus steht dir zudem ein eigener Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Im Haus haben wir eine gemeinsame Waschmaschine und einen Tumbler, die wir zusammen nutzen.
Die Lage ist optimal: Du wohnst direkt im charmanten Städtli mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafés vor der Haustür. Zum Bahnhof Willisau spazierst du in gerade mal 8 Minuten zu Fuss.
Zu uns:Du würdest mit Nik (35) und Claudia (25) zusammenwohnen. Wir sind unkompliziert, schätzen ein entspanntes und respektvolles Miteinander in den eigenen vier Wänden und sind in unserer Freizeit oft aktiv unterwegs.
Wir suchen:Eine offene, unkomplizierte Person, die Freude an einem angenehmen WG-Zusammenleben hat. Ob Zweck-WG mit gelegentlichem Schwatz oder mal zusammen etwas trinken Hauptsache, es passt menschlich und die Chemie stimmt.
Eckdaten & Einzug:Einzugstermin: ab Dezember 2026 oder nach Absprache
