2 Rooms, 3. floor

Ich ziehe kurzfristig aus meiner WG aus, da ich spontan eine Wohnung mit anderen HSGlern gefunden habe. Deshalb suche ich ab sofort einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer in der Metzgergasse.

Die Wohnung:

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und auf drei Stockwerke verteilt:
1. Stock: Zimmer der Mitbewohner
2. Stock: Küche mit Tisch & Barhocker, Wohn- und Esszimmer, Waschmaschine & Trockner und eine ruhige Dachterrasse zum Innenhof
3. Stock: dein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und ein geteiltes Arbeitszimmer

Durch die Aufteilung fühlt es sich eher wie eine eigene Wohnung mit Gemeinschaftsräumen an als eine klassische WG. Die Gemeinschaftsräume werden jede Woche professionell gereinigt.

Dein Stockwerk:

- Großes Schlafzimmer (> 20qm) und lichtdurchflutet, mit drei Fenstern
- Möbliert mit 1,40m Bett, Schrank, Regal und Sessel. Alle Möbel auf den Fotos bleiben in der Wohnung und sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen.
- Eigenes Bad mit Dusche auf deinem Stockwerk
- Eigenes Arbeitszimmer mit 2 Arbeitsplätzen

Die Lage:

- Mitten in der Altstadt:
- Ca. 2 Min. zu Fuß zum Marktplatz
- Ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß zur HSG
- Ca. 10 Min zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof

Mitbewohner:

Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit dem Hauptmieter (59, Berater). Er ist beruflich häufig unterwegs, dadurch hast du die Wohnung meist für dich. Es ist eher eine entspannte Zweck-WG, und ich habe mich sehr gut mit ihm verstanden. Eine weitere Mitbewohnerin (26) zieht bald aus, danach seid ihr also nur zu zweit.

Auch Nicht-Studierende sind herzlich willkommen!

I'm moving out of my flat on short notice because I found a place with other HSG students, so I'm looking for someone to take over my room as soon as possible.

The flat:

The flat is very spacious and spread over three floors:

1st floor: flatmates' rooms
2nd floor: kitchen with a large table & bar chairs, living and dining room, washing machine & tumble dryer, and a quiet roof terrace facing the inner courtyard
3rd floor: your bedroom with a private bathroom, plus an office

Because of the layout, it feels more like your own apartment with a shared kitchen than a typical flatshare. The shared areas are professionally cleaned every week.

Your floor:

- Large (> 20 sqm) and bright, with three windows
- Furnished with a 140 cm bed, wardrobe, shelves and armchair. All furniture in the photos stays and is included in the rent.
- Private bathroom with shower on your floor
- Second room as own office with two desks

Location:

- Centrally located right in the Old Town:
- About 3 min walk to Marktplatz
- About 10 min walk to HSG
- About 10 min walk to the main station

Flatmates:

You'd share the flat with the main tenant (59, consultant). He often travels for work, so you'll regularly have the whole place to yourself. It's a relaxed, low-key flatshare, and I got along with him really well. Another flatmate (26) is moving out soon, so then it will be just the two of you.

Non-students are also welcome!
