für mein WG-Zimmer in Affoltern am Albis suchen wir ab dem 1. Oktober eine Nachmieterin.
Du würdest mit Sarah (26, Studentin) zusammenwohnen einer offenen, lieben Person, die gerne unterwegs ist und das Leben genießt. Uns ist wichtig, dass die WG mehr als nur eine Zweckgemeinschaft ist. Ob gemeinsam kochen, ein Gläschen Wein auf dem Balkon oder ein Kaffee mit Deep Talk wir freuen uns über ein entspanntes und herzliches Miteinander. Gleichzeitig soll natürlich jede ihren Freiraum haben.
Die WG
Die Wohnung ist ordentlich und gepflegt. Ein Haushaltsplan sorgt für eine faire Aufgabenverteilung, daher solltest du zuverlässig sein und Wert auf Sauberkeit legen.
Es gibt ein Esszimmer, separate Küche, Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und ein Bad.
Lage
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Bahnhof und trotzdem ruhig:
* ca. 15 Min. nach Zug
* ca. 25 Min. nach Zürich Altstetten
* Aldi, Coop, Müller, Action etc. in ca. 2 Min. zu Fuss
* Restaurants, Bars, Post & Banken direkt in der Umgebung
* Aufzug im Gebäude

Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 m² gross und wirkt durch den großzügigen Schnitt noch geräumiger.
